Going through stages 1 & 2 of my wellness journey was tough, like it is for everyone. Even though I didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted, my coach Jayne suggested I try the strict 14-day phase again.I started with a 40-inch waist size and managed to shrink down to a size 34 inches, which makes me really happy.
